For new clients only, the Pathway is built entirely around your body and its specific needs.

Here's how it works:

  • Application & private phone consult — We start by understanding what brought you here, so your first session begins with direction, not guesswork.

  • Medical intake & review — A complete health history and body intake, reviewed through a clinical lens.

  • Body assessment & analysis — A full structural-functional evaluation of how your body moves, compensates, and holds tension.

  • Curated private session — Personalized instruction in Fletcher Pilates® foundations across the Reformer, Matwork, Barrework™, and Towelwork®, with direct feedback on your alignment needs.

  • Follow-up check-in — After your first session, we gather how your body responded and refine from there.

  • Two more private assessment + session cycles (50 mins) — Two additional rounds of assessment and curated instruction, so your program keeps refining as your body changes.

By your final session, your instructor synthesizes everything — your history, your assessments, your responses — into a customized plan built to help you keep moving well for life.
