FUNDAMENTALS WITH JENNIFER MAPALAD

Join Owner, Jennifer Mapalad R.N., for an in-depth exploration of the Fletcher Pilates Fundamentals. This is the perfect opportunity for new clients to learn the foundational techniques of the Fletcher system, and an equally valuable review for our Pilates veterans. This lab will explore the concepts of Fletcher Breathwork, magnets, bolts, and will allow students the chance to work with multiple pieces of equipment. A student teacher will also be on hand to ensure greater individual guidance.

HEAD, NECK, & SHOULDERS WITH DEEP RELAXATION WITH MELISSA MENDOZA & MEREDITH MONTGOMERY

Our movement labs continue with a deep dive into using Pilates to alleviate head, neck, and shoulder pain. You will learn or re-visit the key exercises that support your neck, spine, shoulder girdle, and ribcage. Class will include visualization exercises to guide you into a state of deep relaxation.

FOOT & ANKLE FOUNDATIONS WITH JENNIFER MAPALAD

The foundation of it all; this workshop is all about discovering the minor movements that make a major difference!

The foot and ankle lab will explore the expansive footwork techniques in the Fletcher movement library. Many clients come to us complaining of knee, hip, or low back pain, and the source is actually at the root- your feet!

HEALTHY HIPS WITH CINDY MARSHALL

Healthy hips are possible, but they don't just happen! Join Cindy for the final lab in our first quarter series, focusing on opening and strengthening the hips.


You will learn exercises to strengthen the supporting muscles of the hip joint, increase hip flexibility and mobility, and some easy ways to keep hips open and supple at home.
